Terms of Sale and Delivery

1. General Terms
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all orders from Perea3D. By ordering from us, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at short notice.
2. Orders
All orders are placed through our website or direct contact. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not follow our guidelines or that we cannot fulfill.
- Orders are confirmed via email
- We reserve the right to request additional information about the project
- All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are based on material, complexity, size, and quantity. We provide free quotes for all projects.
- Payment is made via invoice with 30 days payment terms
- For smaller projects, advance payment may be required
- Interest will be charged on late payments according to the Interest Act
- All prices may be changed without prior notice
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the project's complexity and our current workload.
- Standard projects: 3-7 business days
- Complex projects: 1-3 weeks
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days (additional fee)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
5. Quality and Tolerances
We strive for the highest quality in all our 3D prints. Tolerances follow industry standards:
- FDM prints: ±0.2mm or ±0.1% (whichever is greater)
- Resin prints: ±0.1mm or ±0.05% (whichever is greater)
- Surface finish may vary depending on material and orientation
- Support structures may leave marks that require post-processing
6. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver within Sweden via PostNord or another shipping provider. International deliveries can be arranged at extra cost.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination
- Insurance is included in the shipping cost
- We are not responsible for delays from the shipping provider
- Pickup at our facility is free of charge
7. Complaints and Returns
Complaints must be made within 7 days of delivery. We undertake to replace or rework products that do not meet our quality standards.
- Complaints must be made in writing with pictures
- We assess each complaint individually
- Free rework for our errors
- Customer is responsible for return shipping for complaints
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The customer retains all rights to their design files and finished products. We do not use the customer's files for purposes other than performing the ordered service.
9. Liability and Damages
Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered service. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supplier problems.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in a Swedish court.
